1. Server Rules
1.1 The use of bugs, errors and gameplay-supporting programs is prohibited on our server. Failure to follow this rule may result in an IP and HWID ban.
- 1.1.2 All errors, bugs and players who do not play honestly should be reported to the administration via PM or in the Discord channel.
- 1.1.3 Acting to the detriment of the server: Posting false information, copying our values without our consent and attempting DDoS attacks, etc. will result in a permanent ban.
1.2 The character's nickname should not contain words commonly considered offensive or profanity.
- 1.2.1 Any characters containing such nicknames will be changed or even deleted by us.
1.3 PK and KS are allowed on our server.
1.4 AFK is allowed on our server.
1.5 The official language on our server is English.
- 1.5.1 Excessive spamming in other languages may result in a chat ban.
1.6 As the administration, we do not interfere in the game, we do not help with events and we do not kill bosses.
- 1.6.1 The server should be governed by its own rules, but excessive offensive content will be detected and punished accordingly.
1.7 We never ask any of our players to provide their details, so remember not to give them to anyone, as you may not get your account back later.
2. Donate Regulations
All payments (bank transfer, Paymentwall, PayPal, PayU, Hotpay, paysafecard, Revolut, Bitcoin, Ethereum, SMS) to the server are conscious and voluntary. Please think carefully before making a payment as there will be no refunds. If you send donations or money via our websites, you agree that you will not argue, request a partial or full refund.
The Dragon Coins you purchase is a digital product; therefore the user is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
The buyer is entitled to a 14-day money back, provided that the purchased digital, virtual goods will not be used and the purchased gold credits are still intact on the user's account. If not, the user knowingly starts using the product he has received.

Using any amount of Dragon Coins has a real impact on your own and other players' gameplay. In this case, refunds cannot be made due to the fact that there is no physical possibility of restoring the game on the server to its state before Dragon Coins were used.
Dragon Coins is a currency with no real value.
Dragon Coins can only be used on the website of the server where the purchase is made.
The server does not sell game elements directly, but only allows you to exchange Dragon Coins for individual resources available on the selected page of the server.
Payment access is available only after registering an account and accepting the server regulations and privacy policy.

Prawo odstąpienia od umowy zawartej poza lokalem przedsiębiorstwa lub na odległość nie przysługuje konsumentowi w odniesieniu do umów:
13) o dostarczanie treści cyfrowych, które nie są zapisane na nośniku materialnym, jeżeli spełnianie świadczenia rozpoczęło się za wyraźną zgodą konsumenta przed upływem terminu do odstąpienia od umowy i po poinformowaniu go przez przedsiębiorcę o utracie prawa odstąpienia od umowy.
If the ban/block form or account is the result of breaking the rules, money will not be returned, and any benefits that arose from the donation will be removed. If your account is locked while you have an active VIP status, VIP time will not be prolonged by the time of the lock!
The server at any time may cease to exist; payments made via bank transfer, PayPal, PayU, Paymentwall, paysafecard, Revolut, Bitcoin, Ethereum and SMS will not be returned.
